Sandusky, Ohio is the place of origin for Wexford. Their unique blend of alternative, punk, and post-hardcore influences can be heard through driving rhythms, intricate guitar melodies, and raw emotion expressed in their vocals.
Wexford, with a newly-formed lineup featuring Andy and Dave sharing guitar/vocal/drum duties, released their debut studio album “OK Suburbia”. In the Spring of 2023, founding members Andy and Dave welcomed Shawn and Jeff to establish Wexford’s rhythm section. Their latest offering is the exquisite track “Dirty Habit”, which showcases impressive vocals set against an expertly produced melodic instrumental – what a remarkable release!
The Vice remains an enigma, but the song’s chorus change is legendary. With help from their accomplice – a distortion switch that breaks everything apart – they create an unforgettable tune imbued with Wexford’s distinct humanity.
