Her voice, raw and emotive, carries a depth that resonates with authenticity. Lyrics from “The Drawer”: Our eyes locked together as we walked down the hall The spark started then but I didn’t know it was all in my head At the time, the fire wouldn’t light for another long four years… These lines from the title track “The Drawer” evoke the initial stages of a relationship that later reveals its true, painful nature.

“Parking Lot” adds a vibrant Latin flavor to the mix, while “Recovery” closes the EP with a touching reflection on overcoming life’s hurdles. Kimberlin’s honest storytelling and captivating musicality create an album rich in diverse vibes, and both deeply personal and universally relatable.

The five tracks adding up to three already mentioned above on the EP are “The Drawer,” “Fatal Attraction,” “Meet Me Anywhere,” “Summertime’s Gone,” and “January Through December.” All of the songs include Grammy winners in the production process.

The EP is out on all music platforms. Enjoy.
