Oshanna: ‘HEALING’

oshanna on healing:

“Healing” came to life when I found myself in a headspace of confusion and questioning everything that was happening. The emotions I couldn’t ignore anymore made me realize that I couldn’t keep making excuses for my long-term partner.

I started noticing the red flags between us, and it made me reconsider my choices in men. However, the toxic relationship also brought some positive outcomes. It helped me understand my needs better and ultimately prioritize myself over what I once believed was love.
