Proklaim’s latest single demonstrates why he’s rapidly ascending in the rap scene and continually refining his already perfected style.

With hits like “Bad Thing,” “For You,” and “4 Me,” Proklaim continues to refine his craft. Recorded at Pen Pushaz Studios and expertly mixed and mastered at Audio Art Namibia, “Scars” is a transparent conversation between a man and his source of conscience.

This can be seen from the chorus, Not afraid of his truth, not afraid. If it’s truth.” “We can travel to the deep end. You can show me a wounds like I can show you mine too, not afraid of, it’s true.”

In just 3 minutes and 39 seconds, the song delivers raw expression—something hip-hop craves today. As March draws to a close, Proklaim gifts the world a powerful track. On March 28, he unveiled this gem, “Scars.” The stripped-down instrumentation and vulnerable delivery create an intimate connection.
Some lines to enjoy from the song, “Yeah. Yeah, world that we live in what is really not too many and it go it go. So I sold my soul to the highest bidder…“ “Show me the poison in berries…”

The rapping style of Proklaim is unique. It’s amazing how he delivers and uses his words in his song. We enjoy listening to it every time! It appears that his rap serves as therapeutic for him as well. It seems as though he is releasing all of the chaos that is upsetting him.
We find that the more we listen to this song, the more we allow this raw, stinging melody to carry us away.
